The E-grade "Explore" for Unistats is a development tool for chemical processes which gives access to the following values:

The Profibus Gateway DP-V1 enables the connection of Huber temperature control machines to Profibus systems, offering comprehensive facilities for data communication within SPS and process control systems.

The OPC UA (OPC Unified Architecture) communication protocol semantically describes data and thus allows a data exchange between automation systems without the need to program a driver. Huber temperature control units with Pilot ONE can already communicate via the modern OPC UA protocol by using the E-grade "OPC UA".

A breather controller is available as an accessory for our Unistats. This allows to realise an inert gas overlay of the thermal fluid in the expansion vessel. Advantages of the breather controller are a longer life-time of the heat transfer fluid as a result of the reduced oxidation as well as an extended temperature range. The Flow Control Cube is used to measure and control the flow and pressure of the thermal fluid. It can be used with Huber temperature control units with Pilot ONE technology.
The flow measurement is carried out with magnetically-inductive flow meters (MID) for electrically conductive liquids (e.g. water-glycol mixtures).
