Strengthening our international presence with new subsidiary Huber ITALIA

The Management Board of Peter Huber Kältemaschinenbau SE is pleased to announce the official takeover of the long-standing Italian sales and service company Huber Italia. With the integration into the group structure, the company strengthens its presence in Italy and increases its global reach. Huber Italia, founded in 2003, previously also acted as the exclusive brand owner for the Italian market.

With the integration of "Huber Italia" into Peter Huber Kältemaschinenbau SE, the number of foreign subsidiaries increases to a total of eight. The expansion emphasises the company's successful international expansion and continuous development of customer proximity.

"Friendship and trust are the basis for our joint success and this success is also the reason for this step. Huber Italia has become the top address for innovative and sustainable temperature control technology in Italy. The integration was already strategically planned when Huber Italia was founded and ultimately emphasises our commitment to offering our customers worldwide innovative temperature control solutions and first-class service."

"We are looking forward to the opportunity to serve the numerous projects with our customers as a subsidiary." Alfred Longoni and his team have built up the Huber Italia brand. In his new role as Managing Director, he will continue to pass on his experience and specialised knowledge in the field of temperature control technology to his team, customers and sales partners in Italy.

At the same time as the takeover, Huber Italia recently moved into a new, modern office in Legnano. This new facility not only offers increased capacity, but also optimal working conditions for employees.
